• Built a multilingual RAG-powered chatbot using Node.js and Gemini, enabling users to access accurate, context-aware insights on clean energy companies.
• Designed and implemented a RAG pipeline by scraping a directory with 20 cleantech companies with Puppeteer, generating vector embeddings via Hugging Face, and storing 10,000+ vectors in a DataStax Astra database, enabling the chatbot to retrieve relevant answers in under 2 seconds and deliver highly accurate domain-specific responses.
• Integrated Google Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech APIs to enable real-time conversation in 50+ languages, supporting both voice and text input with instant language detection.
• Developed frontend features including voice playback controls (pause, play, repeat) and a clean multilingual interface, improving usability and making the chatbot accessible to non-technical and visually impaired users.
