I’m incredibly grateful for the experience of working under Shohreh. She was consistently kind and supportive, while also holding us accountable in a way that helped us stay focused and on track. She regularly checked in on our progress, making sure we were aligned with project goals, yet always remained understanding and flexible when we needed a bit of extra time. Her balance of empathy and professionalism created a motivating and respectful environment.
