The project aims to leverage the organization's existing CRM tool to compile and organize a detailed list of operational services available to small businesses to streamline their processes. This resource will serve as a valuable asset for Aspire Inc. and its partner organizations, aiding in their sustainability and growth. The project involves identifying and categorizing operational services, ensuring they are easily accessible and understandable for end-users. By completing this project, learners will apply their knowledge of CRM systems and data management, gaining practical experience in organizing and presenting business information effectively.
